By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that:

• •You are at least 18 years of age.
• •You are a resident of Singapore or are placing an order for delivery to a Singapore address.
• •All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

DAE BREW CO. sells artisan cold brew coffee in bundle quantities only (6-bottle or 10-bottle bundles). Single-bottle purchases are not available.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time without prior notice. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.

Our cold brew is a perishable food product. It must be kept refrigerated at all times and consumed within 5–7 days of delivery. We are not responsible for any deterioration in product quality resulting from improper storage after delivery.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt and verification of your payment.

Payment Method: We accept PayNow only. Payment must be made to DAE BREW CO. LLP via PayNow UEN T26LL0869J or by scanning the QR code displayed at checkout. Please include your order reference number in the payment remarks.

Pricing: All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees apply to orders below SGD $50. Free delivery is provided for orders of SGD $50 and above.

Order Confirmation: Once payment is verified, an order confirmation will be displayed on screen. Please retain your order reference number for tracking and enquiry purposes.

We deliver within Singapore only. Delivery is available on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Two time slots are offered per delivery day: Morning (07:30 AM – 10:30 AM) and Evening (20:00 PM – 22:00 PM).

Delivery dates and time slots are selected at checkout. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the selected slot, but we do not guarantee exact delivery times within the window.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to leave the order in a safe location. DAE BREW CO. is not responsible for product quality if the order is left unattended for an extended period.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or force majeure events.

Orders may be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date. After this period, your order will have entered the brewing process and cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us at hello@daebrew.sg or via WhatsApp at +65 8862 4368 as early as possible.

DAE BREW CO. reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess your claim and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or refund for the affected bottles.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed via PayNow to the account used for the original payment within 5–7 business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, DAE BREW CO. LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the courts of Singapore, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
