Cold brew is coffee that has been steeped and infused with cold water over a long duration of time — usually more than 18 hours. Unlike hot coffee that is then chilled or served over ice, cold brew is fresh coffee and filtered water that is brewed slowly without heat.
This process produces a coffee that has a much smoother flavour without the usual bitterness or sourness you get in black coffee. The result is a clean, naturally sweet concentrate that's easy to drink on its own — no sugar, no milk required.
DAE BREW CO. operates on a batch-delivery model. We brew in small batches two times a week — on Monday night (for Tuesday delivery), and Thursday night (for Friday delivery). This means every bottle you receive was brewed within 24 hours of your delivery. No cold brew sitting in a warehouse for weeks.
We deliver on two days per week: Tuesday, and Friday. These are fixed delivery days — we do not offer delivery on other days at the moment.
We offer only one delivery time slots on each delivery day:
•Evening: 20:00 PM – 22:00 PM
You select your preferred slot at checkout. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times within the slot, but we do our best to stick to the window.
For orders below $50 SGD, a flat delivery fee applies. Free shipping is available on all orders $50 SGD and above.
Our cold brew is freshly brewed in small batches — no preservatives, no shortcuts. Like all genuine homemade cold brew, it stays good for 5 to 7 days when kept refrigerated, but it is at its absolute best within the first 1 to 2 days of delivery — when the flavour is at peak smoothness and freshness.
This is exactly why we brew in small batches and deliver on a fixed schedule — so every bottle reaches you as fresh as possible, not sitting in a warehouse for weeks.
💡 Pro tip: Consume within the first 2 days for the cleanest, smoothest taste. Always keep refrigerated and check the best-before date on your bottle.
Keep all bottles refrigerated at all times. Do not leave at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Once opened, consume within 24 hours. The bottles are sealed and should not be frozen.
Pure Original: 100% Arabica cold brew coffee, water. No additives, no preservatives, no sugar, no milk.
Pure Original is dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan.
Note: Future flavours currently in development may contain dairy or other allergens. Full allergen information will be clearly labelled on each bottle when released.
Each 250ml bottle of Pure Original is equivalent to approximately 2 full cups of coffee in caffeine content. Cold brew naturally has a higher caffeine concentration than hot-brewed coffee due to the extended steeping process. We recommend consuming no more than 2 bottles per day.
Yes. For bulk orders of 100 bottles and above, please allow at least 2 working days notice to process, brew, and bottle your order.
